I’m passionate about helping you be the best you can be. Developing a safe and rewarding practice is paramount – but so too is the ability to expand your self-awareness. I want you to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
With a background in anatomy, I can assist with aches and pains, and remedial injuries. We all know our body better than anyone else, so I encourage you to listen to your body and hear its needs.
