Hatha Yoga Flow Tuesday
Yoga flow drop-in class currently on Zoom. Build strength, develop stamina and release tension with stretching and relaxation. All to the rhythm of your breath with body awareness for a complete yoga class.
Tuesdays 7.15pm-8.15pm
£10 per class

Hatha Yoga Stretch Friday
Yoga go slow! Stretch and flow as we connect breath, mind, body and awareness in a deeply regenerative & restorative class. A wonderful way to relax at the end of a working week.
Fridays 3pm-4pm

Yoga is the most wonderful journey – and I can’t wait to be your guide.
I trained at Purna Yoga and have been running classes that combine Iyengar and Hatha yoga for over 10 years. My classes are always enlightening, with different levels of ability. I am really interested in the spiritual teaching of yoga which I bring into class with mind, body & breath awareness. As you practice regularly you will see positive changes in your strength, stamina, alignment and flexibility. You will witness transformation and alignment in all areas of your life. All ages welcome.

I run a FREE weekly meditation group on Thursday evenings. Join this relaxed and friendly group for a 45-minute exploration of meditation. We’ll cover mantra, visualisation, body awareness and breath. Also a weekly meditation for writers group designed to inspire and connect all writers to their voice and potential.
