Friday 3 – 4 pm 🌈 Yoga slow. Stretching and opening the body 

Learn beautiful yoga sequences to help you develop a safe yoga practice. Focus on breath and calming the mind to bring peace and stillness into your life. Yoga mat essential blocks and straps useful.
