I’m passionate about helping you be the best you can be. Developing a safe and rewarding practice is paramount – but so too is the ability to expand your self-awareness and experience the wonderful healing of yoga. I want you to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored!
My classes are warm and welcoming, and open to all levels of ability.
With a background in anatomy, I can assist with aches and pains, and remedial injuries. We all know our body better than anyone else, so I encourage you to listen to your bodies wisdom and as you grow in your yoga practice learn to listen to your heart and your wisdom.
