Hatha Yoga Flow Tuesday 7.15 – 8.15 pm
Build strength, develop stamina and release tension with this healing yoga class. Pranayama breath and a focus on body awareness for a complete yoga class. £10 / class
Hatha Yoga Friday 10-11.30 am (currently full as of July 2021)
Stretch and flow – connect your breath, mind and body to your awareness in this deeply regenerative & restorative class. A wonderful way to relax at the end of a working week. £15 /class

I trained at Purna Yoga and have been running classes that combine Iyengar and Hatha yoga for over 12 years. My classes are always enlightening and suit all levels. As you practice regularly you will see positive changes in your strength, stamina, alignment and flexibility. You will witness transformation and alignment in all areas of your life.

I run a FREE weekly meditation group on Thursday evenings. Join this relaxed and friendly group for a 45-minute exploration of meditation. We’ll cover mantra, visualisation, body awareness and breath. Also a weekly meditation for writers group designed to inspire and connect all writers to their voice and creative potential.
